Itinerary

Day One - Home to Whitby
We make our way from the interchange to Whitby where we check in and enjoy an evening meal. (D)

Days Two to Seven – in and around Whitby
We spend the next six days in Whitby where there are a plethora of fantastic attractions to enjoy. Enjoy beautiful Whitby Abbey or any of a number of museums including the Captain Cook Museum and Whitby Lifeboat Museum. Climb to the top of the old lighthouse for great views of the coast and the town, or just enjoy the view at the harbour, enjoying some legendary fish and chips.   (B,D)

Day Eight – Whitby to Home
After breakfast we depart and return home via the interchange. (B)

There is a huge amount to do in Whitby including visiting Whitby Abbey and discovering the town’s history - it is the birthplace of Captain Cook and setting of Dracula.

Travel just outside of town and you will be in the stunning North Yorkshire Moors. Take a train into the heart of this region or hop on the bus and take in ‘Britain’s most scenic bus route’.
