When contacting us, please ensure you treat our staff with the same respect and courtesy you would expect to receive. Our staff should be able to come to work without fear of abuse, harassment, or discrimination. This includes verbal and written correspondence, whether that is on the telephone, emails, or social media. We have a zero-tolerance approach for any of these behaviours and should they occur we have the right to end calls, block correspondence and/or cancel bookings. We may also notify the police where appropriate.
