This morning we cross to the Isle of Anglesey. Located off the north-west coast of the Welsh mainland by the Menai Strait, Anglesey is known for its stunning natural beauty, miles of gorgeous coastline and fascinating historical past. Whilst on Anglesey we will visit the pretty village of Llanfair PG whose full name is the longest place name in Britain. Why not browse the shops at James Pringle Weavers, home to many famous brands.
Merry Christmas! Relax in Llandudno, open some presents, tuck into a traditional turkey dinner, and enjoy the festive atmosphere in the hotel with your fellow travellers.
Today we enjoy a leisurely drive into Snowdonia National Park, taking in the stunning scenery and call at pretty Betws-y-Coed. The town often attracts those looking for outdoor pursuits, and is perfect for ramblers and walkers, but is also a delightful town for those looking for an easier pace. Browse the many shops, enjoy the cafés, or take a gentle stroll to Swallow Falls, admiring the peaceful forest and majestic rapid water.
We depart the hotel this morning, filled with magical Christmas memories, and return home.
