As we knew which holiday we fancied, it was easier to use the 'search' feature, rather than 'holiday type, departing from, departure date etc'. Otherwise, the booking experience was simple and customer friendly.

Enjoyable break met some lovely people. The coach driver Chris know as Chris the hero was excellent. The hotel was clean and comfortable but my room was very basic and shabby. Jordan the barman was brilliant. The food not so good. The days out were pleasant but after going round the Royal Yacht there was too much time left with very little to do before rejoining the coach.

Great tour and experience, though quite tiring at times. Places visited were wonderful. Hotels were good, though the hotel in Fuiggi was very basic and slightly run down. Paid a single supplement, but had a single bed at one of the hotels, so would question the reason for this. Drivers, Gary and Dave were brilliant, so thank you guys for all your hard work.
