Day One – Home to Great Yarmouth
Today we make our way to Great Yarmouth from home via your local interchange. After arrival and check-in we will enjoy a wonderful dinner.
Day Two and Three – Great Yarmouth
The next two days will include one designated to free time, with an opportunity to explore Great Yarmouth’s sights including the pleasure beach and beautiful beaches nearby at Hemsby and Winerton Dunes. The other day will include an excursion to the Norfolk broads and Norwich for amazing scenery and historic architecture.
Day Four – Great Yarmouth to Home
Time to say goodbye today as we head home via the interchange following breakfast at the hotel.

The Carlton Hotel is right on the town’s seafront with the Sea Life centre and Wellington Pier just across the road. Walk either way along Marine Parade to discover fantastic attractions and numerous cafes and bars serving great food and refreshing drinks.
Venturing a little further from the hotel you can discover the beauty of the Norfolk Broads by taking the train to Berney Arms where you can visit the historic Windmill and marshes that the place is famous for. Historic Norwich is also easily accessible from here for an easy day trip, or for something a little closer, travel north along the coast to the quieter beach at Caister-on-Sea.

The Norfolk Broads
We travel through the beautiful Norfolk Broads, before continuing on to visit the historic city of Norwich. The Norfolk Broads offer up some of the UK’s most amazing scenery, with rivers, lakes and wide, open landscapes as far as the eye can see. We’ll take a scenic route through this stunning countryside to Norwich, the county town of Norfolk.
Norwich is a fantastic city, known for its historical architecture, much of which dates from medieval times. We’ll admire this fascinating architecture during our time there, as well as visiting the many shops to be found in Norwich’s historic centre.
