Enjoy a couple of days in London and an opportunity to watch the long running production, Mamma Mia! Since premiering in the West End in 1999 the production has gone worldwide and spawned a film adaptation with a sequel coming out later this year.
On this break we’ll enjoy a matinee performance of Mamma Mia with free time to enjoy the sights of London; we’ll also have some more free time in London on the second day before we head home.
From home we travel to London via the interchange. On arrival we will enjoy a matinee performance of the wonderful Mamma Mia. We will then have some free time in London following the conclusion of the show. From the West End Location it’s easy to get to a number of London’s big attractions including St James’s Park, Leicester Square, Oxford Street and Trafalgar Square. We will then transfer to our overnight hotel.NOTE You will be dropped off at Covent Garden or The Strand.

Free time in London
You’ll have the opportunity to explore London on both days of the trip. From the drop off point in the West End there are a number of the country’s most popular attractions within a short walking distance. Take a walk along the Embankment of the River Thames where you can enjoy great views of the London Eye, Big Ben and the Houses of Parliament and Shakespeare’s globe. Head to Leicester Square and enjoy great fun at the LEGO store and M&Ms World. Or take a stroll through Trafalgar Square and take in the National Gallery, or keep going down to St James’ Park to enjoy pretty parkland in the centre of this great and historic city.
Matinee performance Mamma Mia! at The Novello Theatre
Join us to enjoy one of the longest and most successful West End shows in history, Mamma Mia! Based on the music of ABBA, the show follows a soon-to-be married young woman, Sophie as she tries to discover the identity of her father before her big day. A huge global success, with over 60 million attendees, in over 50 countries worldwide, with a film adaptation and sequel on the way, it all started in the West End and that’s where we’ll be taking our seats to say Thank You for the Music.
