Day One - UK to France
On the first day of our holiday, we’ll travel from our local joining points across to Calais and on to France for an overnight stay.
Day Two - France to Garda
We’ll then travel on to Garda, arriving at the Parc Hotel Oasi, where we’ll be spending our holiday. (B,D)
Day Three to Fifteen - Garda
For the following fourteen days, we’ll call Garda home. Our driver and resort representative will be on hand to help make your stay as enjoyable as possible. Enjoy the range of included excursions on offer. To see more of the lake, scenery or captivating Italian towns why not join one of our optional excursions. (B,D)
Day Sixteen - Garda to France
Time to bid a fond farewell to Lake Garda as we travel to France for an overnight stay with dinner. (B,D)
Day Seventeen - France to UK
On to Calais for our return journey to the UK and then home. (B)
Parc Hotel Oasi
This modern hotel is surrounded by vast parkland and olive groves and has a spacious garden and communal areas so guests can enjoy maximum relaxation. The large outdoor pool is perfect on a sunny day and the covered terrace will keep you cool while enjoying a col drink in the height of summer. The hotel has a modern restaurant with a very relaxed atmosphere and serves a fantastic buffet breakfast daily.

Full Day: North Lake Garda Tour
Discover the delightful lakeside villages of Malcesine and Riva del Garda as we take a relaxing tour of northern Lake Garda. Malcesine is a beautiful and quintessential Lake Garda town with narrow winding streets and a 14th century castle that gives fantastic views of the town and lake from its clock tower. Riva del Garda has a beautiful little port, with houses tightly packed around the waters edge.
Full Day: Venice
For an entire day, we’ll explore the beautiful city of Venice, where we’ll find beautiful architecture, fascinating history and vibrant culture. Venice is one of the most interesting cities in the world, with its winding canals and reputation for being the birthplace (and adopted home) of many amazing musicians.
Today, Venice is an extraordinary city with lots to discover, from museums to art galleries, monuments to bridges, and everything in between. Some of the most famous places we’ll be able to visit at leisure while in the city include Ca' d'Oro, the Doge's Palace and the Clock Tower, as well as the Museum of Natural History and the Venice Academy Gallery. There’s also the Basilica di San Marco, the Bridge of Sighs, Rialto Bridge and the famous Grand Canal.
Full Day: Verona
Verona is one of Italy’s most romantic cities, thanks to the fact that Shakespeare chose this city to set his romantic tragedy Romeo and Juliet. While the couple were purely fictional, there are many attractions which claim by local legend to have once set the scene for Romeo and Juliet. For example, there’s Juliet’s House, where we’ll find the balcony Romeo is said to have serenaded his love, as well as the Basilica di San Zeno where the two were supposedly married in secret. There’s also Juliet’s tomb, which is said to be located within San Francesco al Corso church.
Aside from this, there are many other attractions to enjoy in Verona, such as the Piazza delle Erbe, which was once the site of the Roman Forum in the city, and Lamberti Tower. There’s a Roman Theatre and Archaeological Museum to enjoy as well, and the impressive Verona Cathedral.
Borghetto sul Mincio and Mantova
Thought of as one of Italy's most beautiful villages, Borghetto is situated in a valley at the foot of the Visconti Bridge and is famous for its scenery. Nestled in the valley of the river Mincio, the village dates from ancient times and is rich with medieval architecture and buildings, such as the village's walls and gates.
After our time here, we continue to visit Mantova, a beautiful city in the Lombardy region. The city is the Italian Capital of Culture for 2016, and its historical Old Town is a UNESCO World Heritage Site. Explore at leisure to take in the many sights here.
Evening At The Verona Opera
Enjoy an unforgettable evening at the Verona Opera with a dazzling performance at the ancient Amphitheatre. Be astounded by the incredible performance - sure to make for a memorable experience!

Full Day: Lakes And Castles
We’ll enjoy a nice leisurely drive this morning, travelling through the Trentino region and admiring some stunning scenery along the way. We’ll make our way along the northern end of Lake Garda, passing the beautiful Lago di Toblino, as well as the pastel-coloured lake Lago di Tenno, which we’ll be able to enjoy a walk down to during a short break - don’t forget your camera!
Half Day: South Lake Tour
Join us as we enjoy a fantastic excursion to the Southern shores of Lake Garda, where we’ll get to explore the pretty town of Sirmione. This famous town is known for its beautiful views and relaxed atmosphere, and we’ll be able to take in its many sights. These include the 13th century Scaliger Castle, and the churches of Sant’Anna della Rocca, San Pietro in Mavino and Santa Maria Maggiore. Spend time relaxing in this charming town and enjoy the scenery of this beautiful part of Italy.
Limone Lake Cruise
While we’re in Lake Garda, we'll get to take a superb Limone Lake cruise to see the beautiful landscape of the North lake. The town of Limone is at the bottom of a 1000m high massif, and gives astounding views across the lake to the even higher mountains about the town Malcesine. This cruise will leave you awe-inspired by the stunning scenery at this end of the lake with the views of the mountains being some of the most fantastic in Italy.
Sirmione Lake Cruise
Join us on a relaxing cruise along the shores of Lake Garda, the largest lake in Italy.
Sit back and enjoy a leisurely cruise around the island of Sirmione on the local tourist boat. Admire the sights of the stunning villa, which is owned by the opera singer Maria Callas. As well as this, we’ll discover the ancient Roman baths, known as the Grotee di Catullo, which are the largest Roman baths in the north of Italy, and the intriguing hot springs located 200 metres from the. We conclude our cruise at Scaliger Castle, where we disembark.
The attractive small town of Sirmione stands at the tip of the peninsula that bears the same name, on the south shores of Lake Garda.
Walking across the drawbridge, you will be met with spectacular views, interesting piazzas, narrow streets and a town filled with vibrant colours.
Verona Guided Walking Tour
While we’re in Verona, we’ll be able to enjoy an excellent guided walking tour of the city to find out more about its past, and to see its best sights. With an expert guide, we’ll explore more of this wonderful location and will learn all about its heritage.
