We take a trip along the famous Road to the Isles, which has some of the best views in the Highlands and Islands. Following it to Mallaig we will have time to explore this pretty fishing village, take in the views of the harbour and across to the Isles of Skye and Harris.
We also take a cruise on Loch Ness from Fort Augustus taking in the loch’s fantastic views, wildlife and history as we learn about the legend of the loch from the informative commentary we will enjoy along the way.
The other day is free time to enjoy a number of the attractions Fort William offers, most involve the stunning scenery in and around the town. Stay by the side of Loch Linnhe and soak in the views across the water or if you’re feeling active head up into the countryside around the village for spectacular hillside views. (B,D)
Time to say goodbye today; we depart after breakfast and make our way to the interchange before returning home. (B)

If you are feeling particularly active try and tackle Ben Nevis, the highest mountain in Britain which is just outside of town, or follow one of the many more leisurely trails in the area.
