Celebrate the most wonderful time of year with us at the Bay Prince of Wales Hotel in Berkeley, where we’ll enjoy a fantastic festive atmosphere with so much included. With mulled wine on arrival at our hotel and a drinks reception, as well as festive brunches on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day, an excellent Christmas Day lunch, afternoon tea on each day and even a gift from Santa, we’re sure to have a superb time!
Not only this, but we can also soak up the festive atmosphere with two included excursions, taking in Cheltenham and Tetbury. Admire Cheltenham’s Regency architecture and enjoy a spot of shopping, before we sit back and relax with a scenic drive through the Cotswolds to discover historical Tetbury.
Day One - Home to Berkeley
We’ll make our way from the interchange to Berkeley, where we’ll check in to the Bay Prince of Wales Hotel and will be welcomed with a glass of mulled wine before a drinks reception. We’ll then sit down to our evening meal. (D)
Days Two to Four - Berkeley
We’ll celebrate Christmas in style at out hotel, enjoying festive afternoon teas on each day, as well as brunch on Christmas Eve and Boxing Day. On Christmas Day, we’ll sit down to a sumptuous Christmas lunch, and will open a present from Santa. In addition to all of this, we’ll also have included excursions to Cheltenham and Tetbury to enjoy. (B,D)
Day Five - Berkeley to Home
Time to say goodbye today; we depart after breakfast and make our way to the interchange before returning home. (B)

Prince of Wales Hotel
Located less than a mile from the Cotswolds area of outstanding natural beauty and within easy reach of Bristol, Bath, Gloucester and Worchester, the Prince of Wales Hotel is an ideal base from which to explore this area of the South West.
The hotel is close to the edge of the Cotswolds and typical small chocolate-box villages such as Stinchcombe and Nibley are within easy reach. From there you can pick up one of the many walking trails in the area that take in some of the local hills and views over the beautiful countryside.
The Prince of Wales Hotel is surrounded by charming towns and cities with the maritime history of Bristol, the Georgian splendor of Bath and the rural atmosphere of Cheltenham and Gloucester all within an hour’s drive.
The hotel has a modern restaurant serving delicious food from a varied menu for breakfast and evening meals. Afterwards enjoy great local ales from the bar's extensive drinks drinks menu and there’s plenty of space out on the patio to sit and enjoy some time in the evening sun.
