Day One: Home to Blackpool
We’ll make our way from the interchange to Blackpool, where we’ll check in to the Libertys on the Square hotel and will enjoy a sumptuous evening meal. (D)

Days Two To Four: Blackpool
We’ll have a great time, with excursions through pretty Lytham-St-Annes, on our way to visit the fabulous city of Liverpool, famous for the Beatles and the River Mersey. (B,D)

Day Five: Blackpool to Home
Time to say goodbye today; we depart after breakfast and make our way to the interchange before returning home. (B)

If you want to venture a little further you can catch a tram to Fleetwood in half an hour where you can enjoy this traditional Victorian seaside resort. Or take a train to the city of Manchester and discover this beautiful city that had a huge hand in the Industrial Revolution and is packed with history.

Evening trip through the Blackpool Illuminations

This evening, we take an evening trip along Blackpool’s six mile stretch of promenade by tram to admire the world-famous Illuminations. Some 500,000 lamps, lights and lasers combine to create a spectacular show that brightens the sky and dazzles the viewer!


Trip to Liverpool

We take an excursion to vibrant Liverpool, you will have free time here to explore the city. The city centre has been designated as a UNESCO World Heritage Site for its contribution to maritime history and technology. The area around the docks and Victoria Street have a number of attractions to do with the city's maritime history and of course, one of the city's most famous exports, the Beatles. Visit the Fab Four's statue on the waterfront or head down Victoria Street and visit the Cavern Club and a host of other bars that line the street.

We enjoy an excursion to the unique Oswaldtwistle Mills – a wonderful mix of shops and crafts where we enjoy tea and cake before taking a scenic journey back to Blackpool.
