    Beginning in Santa Susanna, we’ll make our way to Figueres, famous for its connections to Salvador Dali. Discover the amazing Dali museum here, then spend time in vibrant Barcelona. Sample authentic Catalan cuisine, and take in the city’s many sights at leisure.

    We’ll then continue to Cagliari, travelling by overnight ferry and enjoying an en route visit to beautiful Alghero. Admire Sardinia’s splendid scenery and attractions at your own pace; then visit the ruins of Tharros, originally built by the Phoenicians in the Middle Ages and now a fascinating open-air museum. We’ll then explore the historical town of Bosa, with its ancient charm and unique character.

    Travelling by overnight ferry to Viareggio, stop in the timeless city of Pisa for an en route visit, and explore the marvellous Cinque Terre. This beautiful stretch of the Italian Riviera encompasses five UNESCO World Heritage Site villages, famous for their magnificent landscape.

    Onwards to Saint Raphael, we’ll have time to take in Portofino’s picturesque harbour and colourful fishermen’s houses. Our final included excursion will take us to the cosmopolitan cities of Nice and Cannes. Soak up the vibrant atmospheres here, and be sure to enjoy some shopping before it comes time to return home.

It encompasses five villages in total - Monterosso al Mare, Vernazza, Corniglia, Manarola, and Riomaggiore. Admire the colourful harbours and houses along the coastline, unique to the Italian Riviera, and find out more about this picturesque landscape during our time here.

    The stunning medieval city of Alghero is one of Sardinia’s most beautiful destinations, with its unique character and fascinating sights. Take in this marvellous city with an en route visit; be sure to discover the city’s Old Town. Wander along its ancient streets, or why not enjoy a bite to eat at one of the many pavement cafes?

    En Route: Pisa

    Travel with us along a scenic coastal route, paying an en route visit to the wonderful city of Pisa. This marvellous city is known throughout the world as the home of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We’ll enjoy free time in the city to explore at leisure before continuing our journey.

    En Route: Portofino
    Discover the pretty village of Portofino, hidden away in a peaceful coastal inlet shielded by olive clad slopes. The view from the harbour is unforgettable and one could spend the entire day admiring it. During our en route visit, be sure to admire views of Castello Brown, and perhaps visit the Church of St. Martin, the Church of St. George or the Santa Maria Assunta oratory.
    Dali Museum
    Full Day: Figueres, Dali Museum, and Girona

    The small town of Figueres attracts visitors from all over the world thanks to its association with the artist Salvador Dali, whose weird and wonderful surrealist works of art can be viewed in the Dali Museum. We will visit this marvellous museum during our time here to admire the artist’s famous creations.

    After this, we’ll make our way to Girona for the chance to discover this charming town’s historical sights. Join our included guided tour to see sights such as the Gothic Cathedral, 12th-century Arab Baths, and ancient Roman remains. In addition to this, we’ll be able to explore at leisure to take in the pretty surroundings and scenery this town enjoys.

    Full Day: Nice and Cannes

    Today we visit Cannes, once a small fishing village and now a fashionable resort renowned the world over for its film festival. Discover the city’s attractive views and luxury shopping options, as well as its variety of museums and other attractions.

    We’ll then travel on to sophisticated Nice, with its beautiful sandy beach, palm tree-lined 'Promenade de Anglais' and charming Old Town.

    Full Day: Tharros and Bosa

    Discover the ancient ruins of Tharros, a fasinctaing Roman archaeological site. This incredible city dates from the 8th-century, having been constructed by the Phoenicians, and today hold a number of fascinating excavations. Join us as we take in the remains of Tharros’ monuments, such as the residential area, fortifications, and its numerous temples. We’ll also find out more about the city’s history, and will learn about its excavation in the 17th century.

    After our time here, we’ll continue to the Sardinian town of Bosa, known for its charming Old Town and authentic atmosphere. Soak up the splendid views, admire the town’s brightly-coloured pastel houses, and perhaps spend time exploring its pristine beaches.

Our experienced guide will give us insights into the Catalonian capital’s interesting history.     Florence, the capital of Tuscany, filled with amazing architecture and a huge number of historical sights. Considered the birthplace of the Renaissance, Florence boasts many wonderful sights, which we can admire during our excursion.

    For instance, while at leisure in the city, you can choose to see such attractions as the Piazza della Signoria where the Fountain of Neptune is located, as well as a replica of Michelangelo’s David statue - the original is housed within the Galleria dell'Accademia in Florence. There’s also the gothic Florence Cathedral, the Palazzo Vecchio, the Archeological Museum, the Museum of the History of Science, and many other sights.

    Monaco is famous for its laid-back atmosphere, and we’ll certainly enjoy a relaxing day out here. There’s more than enough to keep us busy, too, with museums, gardens, monuments and much more to look forward to.

    We’ll then continue on to Monte Carlo, situated in a prominent position at the base of the Maritime Alps. At the western end of the resort is the world-famous Place du Casino, the gambling centre which has made Monte Carlo the playground of the rich and famous. Enjoy the breath-taking vista of the fabulous marina with its impressive yachts as well as the palace of Monaco.

    Beautiful Cagliari is the capital of Sardinia, and this captivating city is a sight for sore eyes. With its Art Nouveau architecture, pastel-hued skyline, and fascinating heritage, Cagliari has something for everyone. Our guided tour will take in its ancient Castello district, the city’s hilltop citadel, and the Cattedrale di Santa Maria.
