Local departure by coach or Home Connect service, then to our overnight hotel in Northern France or Belgium.
Continuing south, we travel through Germany and Austria and into Italy, arriving in Fondo, where we stay for four nights.
After a leisurely morning and lunch in the hotel, we visit Merano, a picturesque town in northern Italy where we’ll find stunning medieval architecture, including fairy tale castles, churches and narrow alleyways. Renowned for its spa resorts, the town is located within a basin surrounded by mountains, at the entrance to the Passeier Valley.
We’ll get to spend the day here, taking in the superb sights and attractions during our excursion.
Enjoy an optional excursion to Bolzano, where we’ll be able to spend a few hours discovering the many sights in this city. Relax and take in the stunning Alpine views, and explore the specialist shops whilst browsing for souvenirs. See the main sights such as the statue of Walther von der Vogelweide on Walther Square, the Gothic Bolzano Cathedral and the Bolzano Victory Monument.

The Brenta Dolomites feature an incredible variety of diverse landscapes, from lush valleys to towering peaks, as well as breathtaking panoramas at every turn. This creates the perfect backdrop for one of the most famous resorts of the Trentino region Madonna di Campiglio.
Our holiday draws to a close today as we travel back to Northern France or Belgium for an overnight stay.
