The coach drivers were excellent. The hotel was average, but the evening meal, wasn’t very good. Staff friendly.

The trip was well organized and driver was fab, but hotel was tired and evening meals bland and repetitive. I'd rather pay more for better quality accommodation and food

Had to wait at Victoria for the taxi about an hour then we were halfway through London and had to turn back as left someone behind so annoyed. On the Wednesday had to ask at reception for supplies as no one checked our room.
