Regional departure by coach and travel to the south west of England, stopping in historic Cirencester this afternoon. Known as the 'Capital of the Cotswolds', the town’s ancient streets and Cotswold stone buildings are adorned with twinkling lights and festive decorations at this time of year, creating a picturesque winter setting.
We then head to our hotel and enjoy dinner.
Today we visit Bristol and its magical Christmas market. Located in the heart of the city, the market boasts cosy chalets and wooden stalls selling traditional food, unique gifts and hand-crafted ornaments, all of which are towered over by a giant Christmas tree.
We return to the hotel in time for our Christmas dinner, complete with a complimentary glass of wine.
Designated a UNESCO World Heritage Site, Bath is brimming with historic attractions, including the Roman Baths and the beautiful Abbey. You’ll have free time to explore at your own pace and soak up the atmosphere at the magical time of year. Visit the sights, hit the shops for some Christmas shopping, or watch the world go by from a quaint café.
We depart the hotel full of festive cheer this morning and return home.
Please note: If Christmas markets are rescheduled or cancelled, the excursions will still visit the same destinations for time at leisure.
Due to the short duration of the tour, a smaller piece of luggage per passenger should be taken as you will be required to carry your own luggage to and from the hotel reception.
