Local departure by coach, then on to Llandudno and our hotel for four nights. We enjoy a tea, coffee or mulled wine with a festive treat on arrival to get us into the spirit of the season.
Today we enjoy a leisurely drive into Snowdonia National Park, taking in the stunning scenery and call at pretty Betws-y-Coed. The town often attracts those looking for outdoor pursuits, and is perfect for ramblers and walkers, but is also a delightful town for those looking for an easier pace. Browse the many shops, enjoy the cafés, or take a gentle stroll to Swallow Falls, admiring the peaceful forest and majestic rapid water. We return back to the hotel in time for our 'Christmas Dinner' and entertainment
Relax in Llandudno or join our optional excursion to Llangollen, an ancient market town nestled within the beautiful Dee Valley. The town has a wealth of independent shops, cafés, bars and restaurants. Why not take a stroll along the Victoria Promenade, or through Riverside Park? There’s also a charming steam train, perfect for admiring the passing scenery.

This morning we cross to the Isle of Anglesey. Located off the north-west coast of the Welsh mainland by the Menai Strait, Anglesey is known for its stunning natural beauty, miles of gorgeous coastline and fascinating historical past. Whilst on Anglesey we will visit the pretty village of Llanfair PG whose full name is the longest place name in Britain. Why not browse the shops at James Pringle Weavers, home to many famous brands.
We depart the hotel this morning full of festive cheer and return home.
