Excellent overnight hotel. Main hotel very clean and comfortable. Hotel Molveno had excellent breakfast choices. Dinner was 3 course with choice of starter and main. Portions a little on the small side but very tasty. I enjoyed every meal I chose. Could have done with water on the table or at least coffee or tea after dinner. All in all I think it was good value for money.

Drivers were excellent. Hotel Molveno and its staff also very good. My wife is on very strict gluten free and lactoze free diet, staff in the kitchen did all they could for her. We didn't like the programme too much - we expected more little trains (maybe some steam enggins) and more historical places. Unfortunatelly we didn't have a very good weather. (nobody's fault), which did not help. Bus wasn't very comfortable either - the very long driving was very tiring, we were very squashed. But we would like to send a big thank to drivers (they looked after us very well) and especially two members of hotel staff - to Leo and MaryJana. They always had a big smile on their faces and were very helpful, kind and patient. Thank you for all your effort. Tim and Eva Sercombe

Everything about the holiday was great except for one major thing which everyone was unhappy about. The dinners. They were all nouvelle cuisine with the focus on presentation instead of quantity and quality. We needed to have a meal during the day when normally we would just have a small snack. I understand the drivers took photos which they were going to send to you. The final night the drivers took as to a restaurant so we could enjoy a proper dinner before we came home. If you are going to use this hotel then you should let your customers know what to expect to avoid them having the experience that we did.

Booked on line after ringing for some more info. Call centre helpful and pleasant. Website booking form a bit awkward at accepting telephone numbers.

I really enjoyed myself, I was a bit nervous before hand first time I have been away without a family member, but I do make friends easily so settled in really good. My room had a sea view it was perfect, beautiful. The bed was so comfortable, I probably had one the best sleeps the first night, but the rest of the week was fine too. i only had one problem when I went to eat in the restaurant I had ordered soup with a bread roll, well it was rock hard, well I put that down as an error of judgement on their part.

We love travelling with them and have already booked a few more holidays in the near future!
