We continue to call at seaside Exmouth. One of the oldest and most picturesque towns in Devon, Exmouth is the gateway to the Jurassic Coast and there are two miles of sandy beaches, a bustling town centre and plenty of cafés and restaurants to enjoy.

We travel via Princetown, the highest town on the moor, as we take in the scenery and stories of this remote region, before arriving in Plymouth - Britain's Ocean City. From tales of Sir Francis Drake and the Spanish Armada, to the sailing of the Mayflower and the rebuilding of the city after World War II, there is so much history to discover in the waterfront Barbican area of the city. Good facilities but wasn't pre warned it was a family hotel & with Children runni g around being very vocal . Maybe not an Horel choice to place a group of elderly people 🤔 The Torvay Hotel is more appropriate
