You may wish to join our optional excursion to Cromer, the ‘Gem of the Norfolk Coast’. Once a small fishing village and now a traditional seaside resort. Stroll down its Victorian pier, which has withstood many storms and even an attempt to blow it up by the Government in WWII to prevent it being used as a landing strip for enemy invaders! Norwich is the most complete medieval city in the UK, the only city in a National Park, and was England’s first UNESCO City of Literature. It is of course also famous for Alan Partridge, Steve Coogan’s comedic character presenting Radio Norwich.
