Book NowAfter a leisurely breakfast we depart the hotel late morning, making our way to Edinburgh for the highlight of our trip. Arriving in the afternoon, there will be some time to explore! Why not enjoy the atmosphere of the Royal Mile, hit the shops on popular Princes Street, or see the sights in the delightful Old Town? There are plenty of dining options throughout the city as well as cosy pubs and charming cafés to enjoy.
Early in the evening, we take our seats for The Royal Edinburgh Military Tattoo. Drawing together a host of creative talent from across four continents, the innovative production features heart-stopping sounds, imaginative graphics, state-of-the-art lighting, and almost 1,000 performers! After the show, we’ll make our way back to the hotel in Newcastle.
Following a leisurely breakfast, we have a little more free time in Newcastle before boarding our coach for the journey home.
