The Majestic Italian Dolomites

Local departure by coach or Home Connect service, then to our overnight hotel in Belgium.

Continuing south, we travel through Germany and Austria and into Italy, arriving in Fondo, where we stay for the next six nights.

Join our optional excursion as we explore the Brenta Dolomites, a mountain range in the Southern Limestone Alps mountain group. We visit the Adamello Brenta Nature Park, which is great for a leisurely walk along the paths. During the day, we will take in the mesmerising views of the stunning natural landscape.

Included excursion to Bolzano. Enjoying a peaceful location, Bolzano sits amidst a stunning backdrop of mountain scenery. Explore the shops and take plenty of photos, as you browse form those perfect holiday souvenirs. See the statue of Walther von der Vogelweide on Walther Square, the South Tyrol Museum of Archaeology, the gothic Bolzano Cathedral and the Bolzano Victory Monument.

The Dolomites feature an incredible variety of diverse landscapes, from lush valleys to towering peaks, as well as breath-taking panoramas at every turn. These beautiful mountains offer endless opportunities for exploration on our coach tour, as we take in the splendid scenery here and stop for a number of photo opportunities!

Head south on our optional excursion to Lake Garda and the chief resort of the northern part of the lake, Riva del Garda.

During our excursion, you may wish to join an optional cruise on the lake. The lake is surrounded on all sides by dramatic mountains that become even more imposing and dramatic when you get on the water. You'll also enjoy great views of the many beautiful resorts that dot the lake's shoreline on this fantastic cruise that you'll remember for a long time to come.

Included excursion to Merano, where we’ll find stunning medieval architecture, including fairy-tale castles, churches and narrow alleyways. Generally best known as a spa resort, it is located within a basin, surrounded by mountains, at the entrance to the Passeier Valley. We’ll get to spend the day here, taking in the superb sights and attractions during our excursion.

Our holiday draws to a close today as we travel back to Belgium for an overnight stay.
