Really enjoyed this holiday Hotel was lovely nice to get a single room sea view for once , food was good and decent portions, could do with more entertainment. Trips were lovely as long as you like gardens especially Tresco. Travel had delays coming and going back but can't help road work or accidents.

The places were simply awesome and the hotel staffs were fantabulous however the hotel definitely needs to work on the service they provide, the first time when I entered the room there was a funny stinky smell which lasted till the last day, for what I had to use my deodorant every time when I enter the room, and the shower, water was coming out of it like literally very low and slowly and it was constantly dead hot couldn’t even adjust the heating. It would have been really nice if there was a plug to charge the electronic gadgets. I had to unplugged a side lamp to insert the adapter of my phone charger. Driver was funny and friendly, it would have been more fun if he could have shared some local knowledge or history of the places we’ve been to. Thank you

One of the coaches broke down so didn't leave Yorkshire until 12.30pm, didn't arrive in St Ives until 10.15pm. St Ives itself and the Scilly Isles trip and other gardens were great. Hotel was poor.
