Join us for a fantastic break among the sheer cliffs of the Neapolitan Riviera, where visitors become intoxicated by the fragrant air, great food, balmy weather and panoramic bay views. Enjoy an excursion to historic Rome with its spectacular architecture and cultural attractions, as well as the the world-famous ruins of Pompeii which tell the tale of life two thousand years ago. There's also the opportunity to explore the gorgeous Isle of Capri and soak up the scenery of one of the world's most beautiful coastlines, Amalfi, on our optional excursions.

Local departure by coach or Home Connect service, then to our overnight hotel in northern France.
We’ll then continue on to reach our overnight hotel in the Parma area in time for dinner, before our overnight stay.
We continue our journey south to the Rome area, where we stay overnight.
This morning we include a guided walk to discover “Baroque” Rome, See the Trevi Fountain, Piazza Navona with the fountain of the Four Rivers, Bernini’s masterpiece, the Pantheon, Spanish Square, which is dominated by the majestic Spanish Steps, Scalinata della Trinità dei Monti – the list is endless. Later, we rejoin our coach and head towards the breathtaking Neapolitan Riviera.
This morning, travel to Sorrento, where we include a guided walk of the historic centre. See Piazza Tasso (main Square), the Cathedral, Villa Fiorentino, Via San Cesareo, Sedil Dominova, and the Public Gardens with St. Francis Cloister. Later, we head to a local farm for a light lunch with tasting of typical products (mozzarella, olive oil, limoncello, etc.).

Enjoy a relaxing day at the hotel pool.
Later, we head to Pompeii and see the remarkable excavation site and outdoor museum of the ancient Roman settlement, and we’ll be sure to visit this historic site during our holiday. This will provide an unprecedented opportunity to see how people lived two thousand years ago.

Join our optional excursion, as we head to Paestum, where the delicious buffalo mozzarella comes from. We include a visit to a buffalo farm and taste some fresh produced mozzarella. We continue towards the Archaeological area, where you can immerse yourself with the wonder of history! In Paestum take a step back in time: this city was founded about 2600 years ago by Greek colonists and houses some magnificent Doric temples, the forum and the old city walls.

We leave the Neapolitan Riviera and head north to Tuscany, where we stay overnight.
We head to the wonderful city of Pisa, which is known throughout the world as the home of the Leaning Tower of Pisa. We’ll enjoy free time in the city to explore at leisure before continuing to the Milan area where we stay overnight.
Continue into France and to our overnight hotel.
Return home.
For 2023 departures you will stay for seven nights at the 4-star Hotel dei Congressi located in Castellammare di Stabia. The hotel enjoys wonderful panoramic views over the Bay of Naples from the rooftop panoramic terrace.
For 2024 you stay in the Hotel Delle Palme in the town of Sant Agata overlooking the Sorrento Peninsular.
Overnight stays in Italy will be in minimum 3-star hotels. Overnight stays in northern France will be in city-style hotels.
