  • Day 1:

    Local departure by coach or Home Connect service, then on to the Carlton Hotel or Comfort Hotel in Great Yarmouth for four nights.

  • Day 2: Sandringham Royal Estate

    Travel across the heart of Norfolk to visit beautiful Sandringham Royal Estate – private home to four generations of British monarchs.

    This country retreat was much-loved by Her Majesty The Queen Elizabeth II, and is managed to an exceptionally high standard for the enjoyment of not only the Royal Family, but the thousands of visitors who flock here year after year. The main ground floor rooms, used by the Royal Family, are filled with treasured ornaments, splendid portraits and elaborate furniture and you'll have time to explore the beautiful gardens and the charming church is well worth a visit and where the Royal Family attend services at Christmas.

  • Day 3: Morning at leisure and Afternoon Norfolk Broads and Cruise

    Enjoy a free morning to relax in seaside Great Yarmouth. When the railway arrived in 1844, Great Yarmouth's popularity grew and Wellington Pier opened in 1854, with Britannia Pier opening three years later. The promenade, pubs and fish-and-chip shops mean seaside fun abounds!

    This afternoon we take an included trip into the Norfolk Broads, designated a National Park with over 125 miles of waterways beautiful countryside and charming villages, and cruise along the serene waters.

    Excursion to historic Norwich where, in this truly English city, it is still a pleasure to wander among the medieval streets, particularly cobbled Elm Hill, which is full of character.

    Norwich is the most complete medieval city in the UK, with a stunning Norman Cathedral, historic walls and popular shopping. The city was England's first UNESCO City of Literature.
