Enjoy an included excursion along the Ayrshire Coast to reach Ayr, a popular town with many fine buildings and beautiful esplanade with lovely sandy beach. Also famous for the association with Robert Burns who was born on the outskirts of the town and became one of Scotland's most famous bards.
Relax in Portpatrick with its pretty pastel-coloured houses, or join our optional excursion to Stranraer, the largest town in south west Scotland. The town’s main attraction is the Castle of St. John, a ruined four-story tower house built around 1500, which sits on a green in the main street. There are several eye-catching artworks in the area surrounding the castle. Stranraer Museum can be found in the old town hall.
