This morning we visit Winchester - England's ancient capital city. Home of good food and the country's largest farmer's market, birthplace of the modern game of cricket and the resting place of Jane Austen - Winchester is truly a destination for all seasons!

Later we return to Littlecote, where the remainder of the day will be at leisure so you can relax at the hotel and enjoy Warner’s fabulous activities, such as tennis or air-rifle shooting*.

We decided to skip the Shearings included excursions and paid for one which was provide by the hotel. In spite of poor weather we had a great time.
