This was a lovely short break for myself and my auntie. The drivers were wonderful, really helpful and informative. The reason I have not given it five stars is that one evening, in the restaurant at the hotel, we were left waiting an hour in between courses. Not because they were busy but because we were ‘forgotten’ in favour of a few other demanding customers, not on a coach party. This was admitted by the hotel manager. Also, on the ferry journey back we were told that we could not land at Dover for an hour. This was fine but it turned into 2 hours without further communication. I think communication is paramount. Also, the planned bus drop off point was changed from Swindon bus station on the way home to Halfords, quite a distance away. So people had to rearrange their lifts without any notice, this could have been prevented if we had been notified beforehand that the drop off point was being changed. Other than those points a lovely holiday.
