Perfect holiday for me and my daughter this year. Our coach family were amazing, the hotel beautiful, the sea a short walk away, but took a lot to get me out that pool.

Lovely drivers, lovely hotel. Nice food. Really bad return hotel at Charles de Gaulle airport. Disgusting rooms, and inedible breakfast. The drivers went above and beyond. All in all very enjoyable

The hotel was great, the area too. The journey not so much.no working WiFi connection on a very tired coach. Unnecessary overnight stops losing us a day's holiday. Refusal to take us to one of the outings and difficulty in getting the drivers to take us to one other. When I phoned to complain I was told I would be called back by a more senior member of staff. This did not happen. In view of all this and the Italy disaster I won't travel with you again

The hotel was great, and Malgat was nice although not the most attractive destination. We visited Barcelona on two of the days (once by train) which was fantastic. The coach journey there wasn't too bad but the journey home was terrible. The coach was driving quite slow because we couldn't get to Stop 24 in Kent too early. We swopped onto another coach for the journey back to our home town which broke down on the M1. We were on the motorway hard shoulder for almost two hours, it was obvious that Sheering's priority was saving money rather than caring about the passengers. The drivers tried to fix the problem and then an engineer turned up to confirm that it couldn't be repaired on the motorway, it was only after all efforts to repair it were exhausted before alternative transport was provided. The journey from Malgrat to our home took a total of 21 hours so I definitely won't be doing that again.

Hotel. Spotlessly clean with good quality modern fittings in both room and en suite. Food exceptionally good and plentiful. All staff friendly and. efficient. Why I only gave four stars for value is the extra £21.50 per night charged for the single room supplement.
