ABOUT THE TOUR
Take in the scenery of stunning Snowdonia National Park on our short break to the traditional seaside town of Llandudno. The Queen of Welsh resorts it has miles of beautiful beaches and two headlands, Little Orme and Great Orme. The Victorian promenade dominates the sea front with pier.
TOUR INCLUDES
Day 1:
Local departure by coach or Home Connect service, then on to the County or Marine Hotel, Llandudno for three nights.

Day 2: Snowdonia
Explore the stunning scenery of Snowdonia National Park the largest national park in Wales. with panoramic vistas and towering peaks. There is also an included visit to quaint Betws-y-Coed, a lovely village surrounded by dense woodland. At the railway station is a Museum with a miniature railway, shop and restaurant. The old 14th century church of St Michael’s is one of the oldest in Wales and is worth viewing.

Day 3: At leisure or Anglesey
Relax in Llandudno, or join our optional excursion to Anglesey, separated from the mainland by the Menai Strait, where we visit Llanfair PG, whose full name is the longest place name in Britain! The coast on Anglesey has been declared an area of outstanding beauty and you will soon see why!

You will stay for three nights at the 3-star County Hotel or Marine Hotel in Llandudno.
Situated in a great position on Llandudno’s promenade and boasting superb views over the Great and Little Ormes, the lovely County Hotel retains many of its original Victorian features and provides the ideal place to relax after a day of sightseeing. The town’s main attractions, including the Alice in Wonderland trail and the Victorian Pier, are within walking distance of this centrally located hotel. Guests can enjoy delicious breakfast and evening meals in the restaurant which offers a varied à la carte menu, as well as a tipple or two in the bar area whilst soaking up the unrivalled sea views. Occupying a fabulous position on Llandudno’s seafront, the Marine Hotel is a classic Victorian-style hotel, boasting stunning views across the Irish Sea. Just a short walk away is the Llandudno Pier, along with a wide range of shops, bars, restaurants and attractions. After a busy day exploring North Wales, enjoy a refreshing swim in the hotel’s indoor poor, or relax with a well-deserved drink in the bar and lounge area. The hotel also has an impressive restaurant, offering a selection of breakfast options and a varied menu for the evening.
