Food at hotel was awful

We were dropped off at Cobham Services en route to Rugby Services (Ok). However there were traffic aggravations due to detours to Staines and Hillingdon. This made the journey a lot longer. I think there should be a direct link between Cobham and Rugby. Although the hotel meals were mediocre I found the Cobham to Rugby detours much more displeasing.

Wonderful guide went into so much detail and I fel I had seen a great deal of North Wales. It was very tiring for me. If I went on tour again I would only go on one excursion

The only problem I had was booking on line. It took me 4 attempts as I kept getting blocked out at the booking conditions point.

Very easy to book by landline. which I prefer to booking on line. The lady I dealt with was very helpful and cheerful ! which makes a great deal of difference when you are 85 years old.
