Local departure by coach or Home Connect service then to Valenciennes for four nights.
Join our included excursion to Lille, whose elegant medieval centre fully embraces the Christmas spirit. Traditionally held at Place Rihour it is adourned with decorations, colourful lights and market stalls. In the main square a huge ferris wheel is erected giving visitors a chance to view Lille in all its festive glory.
This morning we have some free time in Valenciennes to enjoy the Christmas Market. Later, join our optional excursion to Arras. With its many festive stalls, Arras truly embraces the festive spirit. With its music and scents, to its array of local products including mulled wine and hand - blown glass.

Day 3: Arras Christmas Markets
This optional excursion is available to pre-book or you can book during your tour.
Today we head to Amiens on our included excursion. With over 100 stalls and traders set in the quaint streets in the town centre, Amiens Christmas Market is the biggest in Norther France. The illuminated cathedral creates a spectacular backdrop for this Christmas Market with an alpine feel.
