The trips out were good The coach and staff (including the hotel) were good. The Hotel was very sad indeed. In need of total refurbishment. Food was sometimes good ..sometimes not.

Unfortunately the coaches were delayed on both journeys and so it took much longer than it should. The hotel was very poor and the food was not good at all and although the staff were pleasant enough they had clearly not been trained. A disappointing holiday.
