Lovely location and grounds. Friendly staff. Good quality food apart from the Sunday roast beef, which was pink and tough.

This is our second visit. Nice Hotel, Good food and very pleasant staff. Excellent position to explore Hadrians wall, The Sill, Hexham, Corbridge and much more.
