I was slightly anxious as I knew the journey would take up most of the day and I'm used to driving rather being a passenger. There were traffic delays but our driver Chris made every effort to make our journey enjoyable. We did experience a long delay on our journey to Scotland but that was to be expected as the traffic was very busy. We arrived very late to the hotel but we still had a lovely meal prepared and a free drink. Each day we were offered a tasty breakfast with plenty of options and a three course dinner in the evening. The hotel staff were friendly and helpful, offering advice and guidance to any query. We had a wonderfully spacious twin room with good storage and bathroom, I was pleased to find a hairdryer. Our visit to Edinburgh was such fun, we spent most of the day in the fantastic museum but did get time to see Greyfriars Bobby and purchase a few precious gifts for friends and family. The Rosslyn Chapel was breathtaking and well worth attending the tour talk. We also had a few surprise visits and plenty of opportunity to enjoy the stunning scenery whilst travelling in comfort. I would definitely recommend taking this trip.

Enjoyable tour based at Waverley Castle Hotel in Melrose. Visited Edinburgh & recommend Open Top Bus tour and the Scottish Parliament, as well as the People of Edinburgh museum. Melrose Abbey is well worth a visit but the highlight was Rosslyn Chapel. Guides Maureen and Jenny were excellent, informative and very helpful.

Poor information regarding pickup, cab instead of coach (the cab driver had a problem knowing who we were) trips in Edinburgh that had to be booked by oneself prior to going ie Edinburgh Castle we were not told about so didn't get to go in. Food adequate, room clean, Chris the driver excellent. Did actually enjoy seeing Scotland.

The main tour bus and driver was amazing the hotel and staff were so friendly. If it had been the main driver who took us to Edinburgh the trip would have been perfect. The bus driver from Gloucester wasn’t at all helpful I had booked mobility scooter and he wasn’t going to take it he did in the end but not happy, he spoilt that part of the trip. The shearing staff at Rugby were amazing making sure everything was alright and you got on the right coach. They were so helpful couldn’t do enough for you. The taxi drivers were the same so polite and helpful. It was a great holiday apart from one small part of it.

A very convenient way to spend a few days visiting Edinburgh & Rosslyn Chapel. Well organised and executed trip by the tour company and the coach driver. Would book a coach holiday with the tour company again.
