No trip to the Highlands is complete without a visit to legendary Loch Ness and on this?holiday?we’ll cruise the mysterious waters of this iconic loch. We’ll also take to the waters of Loch Linnhe, which our hotel enjoys view across.
TOUR INCLUDES
Day 1:
Local departure by coach or Home Connect service, then on to the Caledonian Hotel, Loch Linnhe near Fort William for four nights.

Day 2: Loch Ness Cruise
Trip to Fort Augustus where we take to the waters and cruise along magnificent Loch Ness.
Breath-taking vistas, informative commentary and top of the range sonar equipment means you’ll experience the sights, wildlife, history and legend of the loch on our cruise.

Day 3: Day at leisure or Mallaig
Relax in Fort William, or join our optional excursion along the Road to the Isles to the thriving fishing port of Mallaig

Day 4: Loch Linnhe
Scenic cruise taking in the views of Ben Nevis.
With a fascinating commentary throughout from the Skipper, this is a fantastic way to see the area and learn about the history, wildlife, geology and way of life in the beautiful corner of Scotland.
Day 5:
Return home.

You will stay for four nights at the Caledonian Hotel, located in Fort William.
Formerly a Bay Hotel, if you are looking to discover the magnificence of Scotland with scenic views from the hotel and within easy reach of the best the Highlands and Islands have to offer, join us at the Caledonian Hotel. The hotel is set in seclusion on the shores of Loch Linnhe, just a 10-minute drive from popular Fort William where you can discover Highland history at the West Highland Museum or hop on a loch cruise to take in the landscape from a different perspective. The scenery doesn’t stop at the hotel door, with tremendous views across Loch Linnhe from the hotel’s recently refurbished bar and lounge area. The views continue in the restaurant where you can enjoy breakfast and evening meals daily while enjoying one of Scotland’s greatest landscapes.
