Value for Money

4.5 / 5

We were very pleasantly surprised by our first coach holiday. It was good value for money, the hotels and staff were great and our driver Kane was so helpful, friendly and knowledgeable even though it was his first time to the area. He also made sure the trips out were arranged to best fit round the weather which we really appreciated. We will definitely be booking another coach holiday after this lovely experience.

Found the Front of House Manager Vicky (if she was) very rude and confrontational. Deeply disappointed that the lift was out of order and having to climb 4/5 flights of stairs to reach my room. Being almost 83 and having walking difficulties I had to make sure I had everything each morning to avoid going up the stairs unnecessarily.

Had really nice time, met some lovely people and well looked after the Shearing's staff. Trips were both enjoyable and very informative, Would definitely recommend and will be booking again. An all round good value for money holiday.
