We had a lovley time at Christmas Staying in the Derwentwater Hotel in Portinscale near Keswick. Our coach driver Les, was an excellent tour guild and helped me and my wife with our walkers. The chef in the hotel was an also very good as was the staff I also must thank Dave the Manager for finding us a ground floor room, as the lift had broken. Thank you so much for a Great time. Our best Christmas ever.

Very long time on coach,12hrs there,13hrs back.hotel ok ,rooms could do with a makeover,lift wasn't working,food was good.toilet on coach wasn't working whole 5 days ,trip a bit stressful.wouldnt do it again.
