Local departure by coach and then on to Inverness and our hotel for four nights.
Start the day with a traditional cooked breakfast before we take a trip along the shores of mysterious Loch Ness to reach Fort Augustus - a small town where the Caledonian Canal meets the loch. We'll return to Inverness for some free time in the afternoon to perhaps pick up a last minute Christmas gift!
Merry Christmas! After a full-cooked breakfast, perhaps open some presents, take a stroll and enjoy the festive atmosphere with your fellow travellers. A Christmas day lunch will be served, followed by dinner in the evening.
After breakfast we take a trip into the stunning scenery of the Highlands, calling at the Highland town of Grantown-on-Spey. Located on the northern edge of the Cairngorms National Park, this town is surrounded by ancient woodlands which provides a wonderful habitat for local wildlife.
One final traditional breakfast before we bid you farewell with fond memories and a safe journey home.
