Continue our journey into Germany and to Langenau, where we will stay for four nights and enjoy our Christmas break.
Enjoy an included excursion to Bavaria's capital, Munich, where we’ll have free time to explore this marvellous city. Munich has a wonderful culture and is home to numerous attractions, some of which we’ll be able to visit.
Other fantastic sights include the Bavarian National Museum, the Romanesque Frauenkirche Church, Maximilianeum Palace and Munich’s numerous royal avenues – we’ll be spoilt for choice during our time here!
Tonight we enjoy Christmas dinner with stollen and mulled wine.Today will be spent relaxing at our hotel and enjoying a delicious turkey lunch with our fellow travellers.
On Boxing Day, we’ll take a trip to Lindau and Lake Constance, the third largest lake in central Europe. Located on the eastern side of Lake Constance, Lindau is a historic island town with wonderful views and many sights. With its famous harbour entrance flanked by a lighthouse and a Bavarian lion sculpture, plus the splendid old town hall and Mangenturm tower by the harbour, there’s a lot to see here.
We leave Langenau and retrace our steps into Belgium and to our overnight hotel.

The 3-star Hotel option will stay for four nights at the 3-star standard Hotel Jagerhaus. The typically German Hotel Jagerhaus is located close to Langenau's village centre, with its shops, bars and restaurants.
The 4-star hotel option will stay for four nights at the 4-star Hotel Weisses Ross in Memmingen. Set within a 15th-century listed building, this hotel is located close to the heart of Memmingen's old town.
Overnight stays in Belgium will be in city-style hotels.
