This 5-day itinerary is for those who are joining us from a pick-up point in the north.

Local departure by coach or Home Connect service. We then cross the Scottish border on our way to Fort William, where we stay for four nights. There's plenty to look at along the way as we travel into the Highlands, passing lochs and glens.

Refreshed after our Scottish breakfast, we head to one of the highlights of our holiday: Ben Nevis. Towering above Fort William, Ben Nevis is the highest mountain in the UK, standing at 1,345 metres (4,413 feet). Surrounded by magnificent Highland scenery, it attracts visitors from around the world who come to admire its dramatic landscapes and far-reaching views. Enjoy a memorable journey on the Nevis Range Mountain Gondola, the only mountain gondola of its kind in Britain. The ride ascends the northern slopes of Aonach Mòr, offering spectacular panoramic views of Ben Nevis and the Great Glen beyond. At the summit station, take time to enjoy the scenery and capture photographs of one of Scotland's most iconic landscapes.

We stop in the centre of Fort William, giving you an opportunity for lunch or refreshments, before we head to the shores of Loch Linnhe and board our afternoon cruise on one of Scotland's loveliest sea lochs. Keep an eye out for seals and seabirds along the shoreline, and don't be surprised if a porpoise appears, all while listening to fascinating commentary on the area's history and natural heritage.

We return to the hotel for dinner and entertainment this evening.
