All Inclusive Christmas Markets – Lake Garda and Dolomites

Local departure by coach or Home Connect service, then to Belgium for an overnight stay.

Through Germany and Austria and into Italy to our resort of Arco for four nights.

These two Christmas markets are second to none, and we’ll visit both today on our included excursion. The Merano Christmas Market will be our first port of call, as it comes alive with amazing decorations that feature bright lights and fully decorated Christmas trees, and we’ll be able to buy all sorts of treats while we’re there. With local delicacies and hand-crafted gifts to choose from, this Christmas market is sure to astound us. As if this weren’t enough though, we’ll also visit the Bolzano Christmas Market. This Christmas market is just as impressive, and comes with Christmas trees wrapped in shimmering lights, as well as garlands and wreaths on all of the wooden huts.

Discover the magical city of Romeo and Juliet. Take a trip to see the Juliet’s House and its famous balcony. See the impressive Roman influence including the arena, castle, Roman gate and examples of many magnificent churches waiting to be discovered.

With over 70 wooden huts selling all manner of Christmas-themed goods and hand-crafted wares, as well as many delicious cakes, delicacies and foods, the Trento Christmas Market is absolutely fantastic. Located on the Piazza Fiera and Piazza Cesare Battisti, the market is one of the city’s most popular winter events. We’ll visit for a full day, and will be able to buy Christmas decorations, gifts, and more, and there will be more than enough mulled wine and hot toddy to sample while we’re there! The twinkling lights and attractive scenery will certainly help to make this excursion all the more special.

We leave Italy and head back towards Belgium for an overnight stay.
