An Evening Afloat: Festive London and a Cruise Ship Dinner Show

Following our regional departure, we visit the beautiful city of St Albans. Wander through charming, cobbled lanes lined with independent boutiques, cafés and traditional pubs. The iconic St Albans Clock Tower stands proudly at the heart of the city – a symbol of its medieval prosperity and enduring character. Don't forget the historic cathedral, home to Britain’s oldest site of continuous Christian worship. Marvel at its stunning Norman architecture, medieval wall paintings, and the shrine of England’s first saint.

Following our visit, we head to the port of Tilbury to join the Ambassador Cruise Ship, Ambience. Once on board, you will have time to settle into your cabin and have a stroll around the ship before enjoying a fabulous dinner in the ships main dining room. You will also be treated to fantastic entertainment in the ship's theatre before relaxing in one of the bars or retiring to your comfortable cabin.

Following breakfast on board Ambience, we disembark and re-join our coach for the short journey into London. Here, we have a few hours to explore the many sights on offer, or maybe head to Oxford Street and grab some last-minute Christmas gifts. Experience the capital at its most magical, with magnificent decorations and timeless Christmas traditions.

At around 3pm, we depart London and journey home.
