Overall trip was ok but ripped off on the boat trip in Geneva. We paid for an optional boat trip which we were charged 30 Swiss Francs each by Sheerings and it only cost 18 Francs as one of our group asked at the kiosk. We sent an email to Sheerings complaining and have not had a reply that was a week ago other people on the coach trip were also going to complain. Also our return hotel in France was on an industrial estate with no lifts and a 25 minute walk for any food as our hotel did not do meals apart from breakfast.

Hotel good though a little dated. Food excellent. Not that keen on the resort itself but overall the holiday was good.

Found the Front of House Manager Vicky (if she was) very rude and confrontational. Deeply disappointed that the lift was out of order and having to climb 4/5 flights of stairs to reach my room. Being almost 83 and having walking difficulties I had to make sure I had everything each morning to avoid going up the stairs unnecessarily. Chris the driver was very helpful and polite at all times and tried to cater for everyone's needs.

Had really nice time, met some lovely people and well looked after the Shearing's staff. Trips were both enjoyable and very informative, Would definitely recommend and will be booking again. An all round good value for money holiday.
