    At the Hotel
    - WI-FI available in all public lounges
    - Breakfast is between 7.45am & 9am Mon Fri and 8am & 9.15am Sat & Sun. Midweek dinner 6.30pm - 7.30pm and weekends 6.45pm - 7.45pm. Lunch menu available daily with hot food from 12pm & 2pm
    - Snacks and sandwiches available from 10am-10pm
    - Books and board games available from reception
    - Total of 115 rooms including 22 single occupancy rooms 
    - Parking available for approximately 50 cars, 19 spaces can be reserved at £6 per day. One free disabled space on a 1st come 1st served basis
    - Pay & Display on-road parking usually available 
    - One lift that serves all floors, which can hold four people at a time and can take a wheelchair depending on size (dimensions W41 x D37)
    - Ballroom seats 170 people with a large dancefloor and could be used for daytime functions. Small lounge can seat 20 and could be used for meetings. 
    - One disabled room available with panic cords, an electronic bed and shower over bath

    Travel & Access
    - Hotel is in a level location on top of the west cliff overlooking the sea. It is 10 minutes downhill walk from the town but it is a steep walk back
    - Taxis from town cost around £4.00
    - Railway and coach stations are half a mile away in the centre of town
    - Local bus stop is just outside the hotel with an hourly service into town. Local tour bus runs seasonally for 1 hour local tours
    - Five steps into the hotel with a handrail but no ramp. There is an alternative level access through the lounge bar
    - Three steps down to the ballroom but stair lift also available. 7 steps into the restaurant but if guests can’t manage these, they could ask for a table set up in the lounge bar
