    - Breakfast is between 8am and 9am. Dinner is served in two sittings – 6.30pm & 7.15pm
    - Hot food available in the bar 12pm & 2pm

    - Parking available for 21 cars and spaces can be reserved at a cost of £8.00 per day. 
    - One free disabled space on a 1st come 1st served basis
    - Two Pay & display parking located next to the hotel charging £1.00 per hour between 9am & 6pm
    - Event entertainment is held after dinner service in the restaurant
    - Daytime functions are taken in the Bay view lounge and larger daytime functions are held at the restaurant

    - Hotel is in a level seafront position about 5 minutes walk to the town centre
    - Award-winning beach is approximately four miles from the hotel
    - Main train and bus stations are located approximately 0.75 miles away from the hotel
    - Ferry terminal is approximately one mile from the hotel 
    - No specifically adapted disabled rooms
    - One lift available, which serves all floors, except two in the annex. The lift accommodated folded wheelchairs only
    - 15 steps into the hotel with a handrail and a side entrance which has five steps down into the basement, where a lift can be taken up to the ground floor
