    At the Hotel
    - WI-FI available in all public lounges
    - Breakfast served between 7.30 am & 9.30am Mon – Fri and 8.00 – 10.00am at weekends. Dinner is served in the restaurant between 6.30pm & 8pm daily (Booking required) with bar food until 9pm
    - Lunch is between 12pm & 2pm
    - Leisure centre 2.5 miles away. Pool and Spa Free to use (treatments are not included) although there are a limited amount of passes available. Adults only (no children under 16)
    - Parking available for around 45 cars plus additional parking at Derwent Manor
    - Total of 47 rooms including four single occupancy rooms 
    - Two disabled rooms on the ground floor 1 Twin with a shower over a lowered bath and 2 (double) with a walk in shower
    - One large lift which accommodates wheelchairs and serves all floors (Dimensions 27 x 75)
    - Entertainment on Tuesday night only
    - Small function can be held in the conservatory but no ballroom or dancefloor

    Travel & Access
    - Hotel is situated in a quiet level area in the village of Portinscale and is set in 16 acres of grounds
    - 15 minutes walk into Keswick where there is a variety of pubs, shops and local attractions
    - Nearest train station is Pernrith, which is 19 miles away
    - Nearest bus station is Keswick. There is a bus stop 50 yards from the hotel that runs buses into Keswick but buses only run during the summer months
    - Level access into the hotel. The garden is accessed via a ramp and there are steps into the bar, restaurant and conservatory
