    Jaunt to Inveraray

    Situated on the banks of Loch Fyne and home to the Duke of Argyll at the town’s castle, Inverary is a beautiful white-walled town. As well as the grand castle, the imposing Georgian Inverary Jail is a fascinating experience, the living museum allows you the opportunity to see the re-enactment of trials and how inmates lived in the 19th century.

    Today we'll take a trip along the shores of stunning Loch Linnhe to the popular Highland town of Fort William calling at the Highland Centre for shopping and whisky tasting. Fort William is surrounded by spectacular scenery and getting even a little way out of town only enhances the views. Alternatively, take a cruise on Loch Linnhe, or if you want some indoor entertainment The West Highland Museum has an interesting overview of Highland history and is located in the High Street.
