Discover the top sights of vibrant Liverpool, with a visit to the new British Music Experience that is dedicated to the history of popular music in Britain. We also get a full day to explore the medieval city of Chester, famous for its roman walls that remain virtually intact.
Day One - Home to Liverpool
We’ll make our way from the interchange to Liverpool, where we’ll check in to the Britannia Adelphi Hotel and will enjoy an evening meal.
Days Two to Four - Liverpool
During our break we’ll enjoy two included excursions; a guided tour of Liverpool before a visit to the new British Music Experience, and a day exploring the medieval city of Chester, a city rich in history and heritage with galleries dating back to the middle ages.
Day Five – Liverpool to Home
Time to say goodbye today; we depart after breakfast and make our way to the interchange before returning home.

The Adelphi is located in the heart of the city close to the main shopping areas. Museums, Albert Dock and two of Liverpool's stunning cathedrals are all within easy walking distance.
Liverpool British Music Experience
Excursion to the new British Music Experience. With everything from original, hand-written lyrics, iconic stage costumes, images, footage and instruments, you will be taken on a journey through the last 70 years of British music. Re-discover the post-war era, the swinging 60s, the glam 70s, the punk of the 80s, right up to Cool Britannia and the present-day music scene.
Full day: Chester
Visit the interesting medieval city of Chester. This is a city rich in history, which is evident in the unique 'Rows' and city walls; this heritage just adds to the atmosphere.
