We travel to Ollerton on the edge of the ancient and spellbinding Sherwood Forest and onto Warner Thoresby Hall Hotel where we will enjoy an evening meal following check-in. (D)
Days Two to Four: Nottinghamshire

Thoresby Hall Hotel
Thoresby Hall is an imposing Victorian Grade I listed mansion close to Sherwood Forest. Its architectural magnificence is simply breathtaking and its grounds are a delight to behold.
Full day: Robin Hood Country
Today, along with our local guide, we explore Robin Hood Country and follow in the footsteps of the legendary Robin Hood and his ‘Merry Men’. Amongst other sites we visit beautiful Sherwood Forest with its Great Oak Tree and the village of Edwinstone where Robin Hood is said to have married his sweetheart Maid Marion. We also visit Nottingham.
Half Day: Lincoln
Join us on an excursion to the historical city of Lincoln for free time to stroll the cobbled streets and admire the magnificent cathedral.
