  • Celebrate the festive season with trips to the fantastic Lille, Brussels and Bruges Christmas Markets
  • Pick up Christmas gifts for loved ones in the winter wonderlands of these Christmas Markets, or treat yourself to something special!

Bruges is a fantastic destination at any time of year, but at Christmas it comes alive with bustling Christmas Markets that are filled with festive decorations and wonderful souvenirs. On this European coach tour, we’ll be based in this historic city, which happens to be one of the oldest medieval cities in the whole of Europe.
We’ll visit three of the best Christmas Markets in the nearby area during our holiday. The first will be the attractive Lille market, which can be found in Northern France. Each year, the town’s main square is transformed into a winter wonderland, with a Ferris wheel and a huge Christmas tree.

There will be all kinds of stalls selling any manner of souvenirs and keepsakes for the Christmas season, so we’ll be able to pick up gifts and mementoes during our full day in Lille.

The next day, after a morning at leisure which can be spent touring the local area or simply relaxing, we’ll travel to Brussels in the evening to enjoy the festive atmosphere. With bright Christmas lights, excellent Christmas shops and stalls, and the much-loved Winter Wonders attraction, this market is one of the best. There will be light and sound shows, a Ferris wheel, an ice rink and more. During this tour, we’ll also be able to enjoy an optional guided coach tour of the market and surrounding areas.

On our final day before departure, we’ll spend a full day at the Bruges Christmas Market. As though stepping back in time, we’ll find ourselves surrounded by festive decorations. There will be wooden stalls filled with delicious chocolate treats, as well as the decorative lace Bruges is so well-known for, and much more. While we’re there, we’ll be offered an optional guided walking tour of Bruges to learn more about the local history.
