On the south Devon coast, where the River Exe meets the sea, we find lovely Exmouth. Boasting a glorious seafront and attractive town centre, the two miles of golden sands are backed by contrasting red cliffs, sheltering a tiny bay.
We depart the interchange and travel to Exmouth where we check into The Imperial and enjoy our evening meal. (D)
Days Two to Four:
Enjoy two sightseeing excursions to Plymouth and Exeter. (B,D)
After breakfast we depart and travel home via the interchange. (B)
Imperial Exmouth Hotel

If you want to see a beautiful piece of coast, pick up the South West Coast Path which will take you into the East Devon Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty to the magnificent village of Budleigh Salterton.
The hotel is less than 10 minutes’ walk from the train station, where you can take a train to the city of Exeter, which has thousands of years of history. Or travel south along the coast to a number of fabulous resorts including Torquay, Paignton and Dartmouth.
Spend time enjoying the hotel’s beautiful grounds and sit out on the garden terrace with a drink when the weather’s good. You can enjoy great breakfast and evening meals in the pretty restaurant and upgrade your room type to enjoy even greater interiors and space as well as sea views.
